"I originally called to make an inquiry into why my policy went up. I was not only spoken to with respect an understanding but with compassion and respect. Jasmine and Yanal both walked me through my policy and every discount that I was eligible for as well as things I could utilize to lower my rates. They made it clear and simple to grasp and even got me a lower rate which I took advantage of an appreciated. They then got me to opt in to a new State Farm plan that essentially covered the amount that was saved because of all the discounts. So my price didn’t go down as much as I would like but I most defiantly for more coverage not only for myself but my family. Thank you ladies for your patience and understanding and happy holidays."
